For the next 30 days, challenge yourself to a quick home workout as soon as you jump out of bed. Here is a quick, efficient workout you can try.
- 20 Jumping jacks - 15 Crunches - 10 Squats - 5 Pushups - Hold a plank for 30 seconds
If these numbers are challenging, work your way up slowly, day by day and track your progress! If it's easy, repeat 1 - 3 times. Be sure to consult with your health care practitioner to make sure these exercises are safe for you.
